I've heard of the "multiple people file to buy a NIB fullauto M4 and get denied" case, but have no hard evidence that anyone's actually going to go after it.

Either Cato or NFA Owners of America, Or in a minute chance GOA, the NRA will never stand up for it (unless of course 2/3 of voting members ask), I cant wait but am still holding my breath, just in case the line for a minigun starts behind me. (make 4th at the lake real fun) :D
