Need help finding a Taurus Judge

Where is the best price for a Taurus Judge .45/410? This could be either the original or the newer model that also handles the 3" magnum shells. My dad is obsessed with getting one of these, and had been calling me almost nightly to get me to check prices. I didn't see it at Cabela's, and he is thinking about heading up to Gander Moutain (he's in TN), but I wanted to see if anyone else had ideas about where to find a good price.

I haven't seen any firearms in Gander Mountain at anything resembling a fair price.
They do seem to have a bunch of them, though.

Gunbroker has several listed between $379 and $439. Just find a dealer to handle the transfer and bid away.

And another one falls for the gimmick. These look good when they shoot the "shoot n' see" targets, but they will be underpowered for anything other than snake duty when using .410's. I do not have any personal experience, but everyone who tests one says exactly the same thing.
check out the Box of truth to see how it really performs.

And if you ever plan to conceal it, you may have some trouble since they are pretty big.

I have one and it's fun (but expensive) to pop cans around with. It really is a 20' and under gun for snakes and vermin up to raccoon size. I won't sell it because there's nothing else like it. Don't plan on shooting skeet with it.

WOW they really do sell that gun for SD. :what:
Well....what ever. I guess at 3 feet a face shot with .410 shell filled with anything would be not much fun .....but thats kind of it.
Box o truth checked it out and gave it the thumbs down for a SD gun.
