Awhile back i was looking for low priced 686s. I found a website from the western half of america. IT was a FFL holder who sold 686s for around 325 each police trade in. He was selling police confiscated top break revolvers for as low as 25 dollars. As well as small 22lr to 32auto pocket autos for the same price range.
IF someone can help me find the guy i would be grateful.
