Just as a heads up for anyone thinking of getting a DSA Arms FAL, I ordered mine in July, and I was told today it should be in middle of January. I got the SA 58 standard, with the match grade trigger. I was hoping for a self bought Christmas present, but oh well. Well, now after I get my rifle my tax return will be begging to be spent on some ammo and accessories.....

Last time I ordered a DSA rifle it was a 10 week wait. I guess times have changed.

Now if my XCR would just get here...

I ordered my SA58 in February. Got it in early August.

I e-mailed them the other day, and they quoted a 16 week delivery time if ordered now.

I ordered an StG-58 mid-August, and it shipped to me this past Sunday.

I was on a waiting list for over a year for one of the Collector Series rifles.

I cancelled that order several months ago because I got tired of waiting.

Had my dealer call them last Wednesday and they said they had 5 in stock, shipped it out yesterday and I'll have it Thursday.

Who the hell knows......

It took 6 months just to get a Hampton lower with folding stock. I remember every so often checking my credit card for the charge then calling up the web page and admiring it. Then I'd email them and they'd say "any day now". Although, now that I have it, it was so worth the wait.
