For those interested there is a monthly Run and Gun in Mariposa, California at the Fish and Game Range. It really varies on what the course is going to be. Minimum is three pistol of your choice (centerfire iron or optics) stages. The most we usually do is 3-Guns (rifle, pistol shotgun) in a total of five stages.
We start (BS'ing) promptly at 9:00AM and conduct a course walk around 9:30-10:00 time frame. Entry fee is $15.00 for non club members and $10 for members.

We also hold a Steel Challenge match each 2nd Sunday, combined centerfire and rimfire. If you have never done it before you need:
Gun (rim or center or both), holster, (5) mags and ~300 rounds.
Same time and fees for shooting Steel Challenge.
