Often, we complain about bad companies. I'll like to point out a good one:

I received my order in a very timely manner and the quality of the bullets was very good.

But what I really liked is that he made a small mistake on the shipping charges (overcharged 10$) and I got the surprise to receive a check by the mail before I even noticed the mistake. It is what you call good customer service.

I've done business with Jim for a few years now (I see him the Kane County Gunshow), real nice guy, good bullets at a good price and always takes care of his customers.
