Vertical shoulder rig for Walther PPKs

I've heard them called "tuxedo holsters" but I'm not sure if the one I want is even made. I'd like a soft leather, probably chamois and I don't mind if I have to hold it open to re-holster the gun. I don't need a pouch on the other side for extra magazines so that makes it simpler. There should be some give in the harness so some sturdy elastic would need to be employed. The holster should have a simple elastic tie-down to the belt but the off-side would not of course. It would fit the gun and it would be just deep enough so I wouldn't need a restraining snap over the gun as we do in those Miami Vise horizontals... I have one of those for this gun and don't like it.
So, is such a holster made out there or do I need to get married and buy the wife a very sturdy sewing machine? :)

Chamois does not make a good shoulder holster material. It's way too supple, and stretches beyond all reason. You might as well make it out of used hanes t-shirts.
I can make a shoulder holster like what you want, but I'd use real cowhide and treat it with a waterproofing finish.

I've seen that, or similar, L-2 and it won't work for me. Thanks for the post though.
