Very nice looking gun. If you could do something like what Deer Hunter said that would be great.

For waterfowling I assume?
I know you take ducks and geese on your driven hunts, but assume you would use that gun for pass shooting or blind shooting?

It sometimes happens that a double barrel gun will fire both barrels at the same time. I wonder what would happen to the shooter's shoulder if....

Yes you are right. We now rarely use it but when we do it is mainly for longer range geese (Pinkfoot) in the north of Scotland.

I have had two or three double discharges on a 12b,it can be a shock to the system when you are not expecting it.

For those who have never fired a 10 gauge...
My experience was one shot of 3.5inch 10 gauge ammo (I think). A guy I know had his double barrel out and offered to let me try it. Recoil wasn't bad at all because the gun was so heavy. The target was a plastic 5 gallon bucket. One round from 20 yards ripped the hell out of it and blew it about 20 feet back into the brush.
I can only imagine the effect of three of them going off at once on both the target and the shooter.
Hamburger on both ends.

Could you attach a picture of you holding the complete gun in front of you for a size reference?
Thanks.

Thanks for posting that, Mac. It sure is pretty.
Naturally I looked at that and thought how it would do on our Eastern Shore migrant geese.Probably very well, but I shudder to think of toting that into a salt marsh.
Alternately, toting it to PGC with some 2 7/8" cases holding 1 1/8 oz of 7 1/2s would start a line forming of all the Geezers wanting to try it out. Ought to work well for trap.
Thanks again....
