12 bucks for 20. I can't find any right now, but Monarch makes some cheap stuff. It allegedly has been hard to extract in a few guns.
http://east.outdoormarksman.com/product_info.php?cPath=65_63_40&products_id=69259 They had Partizan for 8 bucks a box but they are sold out.

Last I checked Walmart was selling for around $9 a box. No shipping, but with gas prices these days you might have to spend $6 just to drive there.

Walmart has tons of ammo at fair prices. If they don't have what you need just ask as they may have it in the back.

That or reload. its so cheap to reload the 30-30. Especially if you cast. I cast and size my own bullets. So all im buying is powder and primers. Costing me pennies to shoot.

My local Wal Mart has the Federal Blue Box for 9.27 per box fr 150 and 170 grain ammo. Until Dec 31, Federal has a $5 per box rebate (limit 2 per household) on this ammo. That makes it less then $5 per box with tax included. I can't reload it any cheaper than that, and I reload EVERYTHING!!

Rem and Winchester both have rebates on ammo right now - so $9.50/box and a $5 rebate max two boxes gets you 40 for $10 and change. Remington's rebate is only good on two boxes.
But, I reload my own and before Ebay went nanny on me I got 800 .30-30 brass. I'm good for a while. Might need some more Re-15 tho. :)

Federal is also having some sort of $5 rebate on their ammo, I think it includes 30-30, but I am not sure.

Actually, you don't even have to cast your own to save a buck. I can buy the softer cast bullets dirt cheap locally. Or for a little more I can order the much harder Oregon Trails Laser Cast from Cabellas, and add a gas check, if I want to shoot at higher velocities.
It is a great way to have lots of ammo for practice and not have to go bankrupt doing it. And the cast bullets will shoot just as good as jacketed ammo if you load them properly. I go thru at least a 100 rounds of 30-30 ammo a week, and I'd hate to be buying factory ammo at the current prices to do that.
If you're set up to reload give it a try. I think you'll be impressed with the results.
