I believe this goes here. I did a search for this, but didn't find anything recent that addressed this issue.

I was notified by email from the Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association that on November 20th, the House Judiciary Committee will be considering moving three gun control bills out of committee. They are:

HB 18 - Overturning statewide preemption
HB 22 - One-gun-a-month
HB 29 - Lost/stolen gun reporting (making it a crime to fail to report a lost or missing gun within 24 hours)

The meeting was called by Gov. Rendell to address these three bills. More details (including contact information for the committee members) can be found at the PAFOA forum thread, here (http://www.pafoa.org/forum/alerts-133/11707-pafoa-alert-urgent-pennsylvania-anti-gun-package-vote-tuesday-am.html)

Please, take some time to contact the committee to express your position on these bills (and sorry if I missed a thread on this already!)

Thanks,
Chris
