I own EAA (Tanfoglio) Compact Witness 9mm that I love. Its a little heavy but it is 100% reliable, only problem is that I only have one high cap for it. Does anyone else know what other guns or mags are compatable with it or where I can find some?

CDNN and other places have them. A tip is if you get the compact 40 mags, they will hold 13-14 rnds and function flawlessly in the little 9.
You can find OEM EAA mags just about anywhere for cheap.
Shoot well.

Using 10 round 40 S&W mags to hold more than 10 rounds of 9mm might violate the current high capacity magazine ban rules. The 40 S&W mags were designed to hold 10 rounds, using them, and certainly modifying them, to hold more than 10 rounds of any caliber could land you in very hot water. Just a thought.

Using 10rnd 40S&W mags is fine.
The same thing works with the XDs, and if you search on HS2000talk.com, you can probably turn up a letter from the ATF explaining this whole thing.

As long as the mag works in the weapon it was origionaly designed for you're perfectly legeal. You're not modifing the mag in any way all you're doing is loading it with different ammo.

Well then, case closed. Buy 40 S&W mags and load them up with 9mm. Just don't modify the mags.

the 40 mags might require you to bend the feed lips in a tiny little bit. It's not modifying them since it will still work in a 40.
