command arms upg16 grips

Im gettin my first AR soon and getting a list of upgrades. I just stumbled upon the command arms website and viewed their upg16 pistol grips, they look pretty comfortable and solid. has anyone had experience with these grips? are they well built? is there somethin better i should be lookin at?

OK I can now verify from first hand experience that the MIAD is great. Picked one up this weekend.
