Saw some Hirt .308 with red tips today at a shop.

1. What are the specs: grains, velocity from M1A, etc?
2. Is it steel core, tungsten, etc?
3. Is it considered AP and therefore verboten?

Thanks.

Red tip usually is the NATO signifier for Tracer.

Not sure of the particulars on the Hirtenberger versions though.

Most AP is black.

Those are probable tracers.

AAAAHHHHH.
OK, thanks.
I guess it's not illegal stuff then.
