I need to ask you expert educated mates,
heard that there is a cocking holster for Walther P99.
Something to do with that you press the firearm down in to the holster,
and then it makes the slide motion puts a round in and makes it ready to fire.
Is there such a thing, I cannot find it on the internet...
but I dunno exactly what to look for.
Links? Pics?
Any help I'd be greatful!
Kind regards,
/Silverbullit

If you already have a round in the chamber and the gun is de-cocked, you can pull the slide back about 3/8 inch and it will cock the gun. It sounds like the holster you are describing has you push down on the weapon before you draw it out of the holster and this action cocks the gun. Now this requires that there be a round in the chamber first. I carried my P99 AS with a round in the chamber and de-cocked regularly. I have not seen or heard of one of these holsters.

Why would you want to carry with an empty chamber and hope a gimmick holster would allow you to load the gun if you needed it?
If any gun is ever going to jam, trying to load it inside a holster sounds like the most likely place for it to do it!
I remember reading about such a holster for M1911's years ago... I forget the manufacturer... one of the dumbest ideas I've ever heard of...
