Closest I can come using Numrich GunParts cross reference is a Sears model 583.91 which is a Harrington & Richardson model #121.
Anyone else have a better source for cross reference?

A J.C. Higgins Model 50 is on an FN Mauser action and takes the scope mounts listed for that action. Weaver Nos. 45 and 46, etc.
The barrel was made by High Standard, the stock by Bishop or Fajen.
A nicer gun than most folks expect to come out of Sears.
