Can anyone give me a web sight where I can look up the year that a S & W model 18-3 S.N.5K27182 was built.

SgtBill, There is a S&W site and Fourm, I don't know what type on information they have. I use the Standard Catalog of Smith and Wesson, 3rd Edition. There is so much more Information than just serial numbers.:)
