My M-28 has been gone for more than two weeks.
I really want her back!:banghead: :cuss:
It was sent in for timing and extraction problems. How long does it usually take for them to fix something?
Thanks.

Sent a S&W Model 13 to S&W and a Python to Colt the last week of June. Python was back Friday, 7/18. Model 13 still at S&W.

S & W took only ONE week and they pre-paid the FedEx shipping container.
Got my attention in a positive way.
I think turn-around time depends upon the complexity of the repair being done. Mine was a simple cylinder replacement.
