Bazooka Joe71 November 27, 2007, 07:12 PM Santa, Make that two. Man, I'd almost feel sorry for the home invador that waltzes into someones house at 3 in the morning and has to stare that down.:p mogunner November 27, 2007, 07:37 PM To quote Will Smith in Independence Day: "I gotta get me one of these" ArfinGreebly November 27, 2007, 07:45 PM Seems to me there's some recoil. Looks pretty manageable, though. Please send gift donations to . . . [redacted] :D springmom November 27, 2007, 07:50 PM I have really, REALLY been a good girl this year. May I have one too?????? Springmom Kharn November 27, 2007, 07:52 PM Hey! Its Baldo the Wonder Seal's show (Future Weapons). The AA-12's been around forever, no one in the military's taken it seriously. Kharn 10-Ring November 27, 2007, 07:56 PM I wouldn't mind one either...can it be made CA compliant :scrutiny: ceetee November 27, 2007, 08:30 PM Drop a 6-position stock on it and I am soooooo there! (Oh, what the heck. They had me at "300 rounds per minute"...) Bazooka Joe71 November 27, 2007, 08:32 PM no one in the military's taken it seriously. I wouldn't expect them to...It just seems to me that a rifle with a fun switch is just a far superior combat weapon. But give me one and I'll take it serious.:):D:p I don't know why they don't just say 50 rds in 10 seconds though...Could you imagine a 300 rd 12 gauge mag?:) akolleth November 27, 2007, 08:51 PM HOLY #$&@ I really want one. That thing is just.... just so..... I am at a literal loss of words for how cool it is. Mot45acp November 27, 2007, 09:55 PM "No cleaning or maintenance required" Where have we heard that before:scrutiny: Kimber1911_06238 November 27, 2007, 10:08 PM don't get me started. If I asked santa for every gun I want, his sleigh would be so heavy it'd never get off the ground. Caimlas November 27, 2007, 10:14 PM I wonder if it's really rifled, or if that's just ignorance in the writeup... I can't imagine ti's all that accurate. mgregg85 November 27, 2007, 10:14 PM damn... I wouldn't feel bad for the 'home invader' aforementioned but there wouldn't be any home invader or home behind him left after you ran out of ammo. Legionnaire November 27, 2007, 10:17 PM Looks cool. Would you still be interested if semi-auto only? Gord November 27, 2007, 10:55 PM Looks cool. Would you still be interested if semi-auto only? I think they call that a Saiga these days, and the Saiga is probably much more reliable. More customizable, too. And much, much less expensive, even if the AA-12 were sold in semi-auto. If someone figures out how to make a 12 gauge "recoilless," make sure to let me know, my mom with a titanium plate in her neck would be thrilled. jerkface11 November 27, 2007, 11:09 PM Screw the AA12 read the article under that. A 32 Megajoule rail gun!! SoCalShooter November 27, 2007, 11:14 PM Shotguns? What the heck you all want a auto shotgun I wat a 32 mega-joule rail gun...if not that I will take the nerf at the top of the page. jerkyman45 November 28, 2007, 01:01 AM I clicked the link and I thought you were all raving about the new Nerf gun for a second. I want an AA-12, the 32 mega joule rail gun, and hell I guess I'll take the Nerf gun too. 07Lway November 28, 2007, 01:11 AM Totally thought the nerf gun was what all the hype was about... Wes Janson November 28, 2007, 01:25 AM Lesse, a Saiga-12 is running approximately $500 these days, plus maybe $300 for a drum (?) and $200 for a tax stamp... ArfinGreebly November 28, 2007, 02:37 AM . . . but do they have it . . . IN 28 GA?? Well, huh, do they? :D woodybrighton November 28, 2007, 06:35 AM hand your paycheck over to the gun store got to play with something similar once que heading off into town to find a gunshop for more shotgun shells owner not impressed with excitable squaddies bursting through the door going we need ammo  range warden even less with the resorting mess:evil: not exactly sure what the point of carrying one would be though :D Gunner4h1r3 November 28, 2007, 07:54 AM I need a towel :) #shooter November 28, 2007, 08:15 AM Stainless steel + 32 round drums= too heavy You would need a backpack to carry 100rds and a wheel barrel to carry 1k. Granted it looked cool and seems like it would be fun to shoot. I am skeptical these will see combat. I am also dubious of the claim that it is a 200yrd weapon, for slugs maybe but not buckshot. oldgold November 28, 2007, 08:23 AM If someone figures out how to make a 12 gauge "recoilless," make sure to let me know, Browning made a recoiless trap gun. I've got two. They are virtually recoil free. Bones11b November 28, 2007, 08:59 AM Not only do I think the nerf gun is cooler but I might actually get my hands on one this christmas. woodybrighton November 28, 2007, 09:04 AM fun for a range session but sort of pointless military wise yes it will make 200yds with slugs but so will a rifle and thats easy to carry devastating for room clearing but standard infantry soldier needs a mulitool not a very specialized piece of kit Grizzly Adams November 28, 2007, 01:32 PM Man that's the perfect HD weapon! I'll take 2 and I don't care if they come in PINK!!:neener: Scanr November 28, 2007, 04:51 PM fun for a range session but sort of pointless military wise yes it will make 200yds with slugs but so will a rifle and thats easy to carry devastating for room clearing but standard infantry soldier needs a mulitool not a very specialized piece of kit The terrorists in Iraq are afraid of shotguns. This weapon was developed just to capitalize on that. I could see this weapon used in the correctional facilities in the guard towers. Geno November 28, 2007, 05:03 PM Dear Grampster & Springmom: You'd shoot your eye out!!! :o Santa littlegator November 28, 2007, 05:15 PM Reminds me of the streetsweeper mod from Quake 2. nice. Gord November 28, 2007, 06:06 PM This weapon was developed just to capitalize on that. I'm pretty sure I've seen the AA-12 video floating around on the 'net since well before we invaded Iraq and Afghanistan. Scanr November 28, 2007, 06:33 PM You maybe right, this is the first I've seen of it.
