Just ordered mine today.
Not a firearm, but a Daisy 747 air pistol to work on my slow-fire scores for bullseye pistol.
Close as I can get on my, uh Santa's, budget.
Now, if Santa wants to toss in a nice 1911 hardball gun, I wouldn't object. I'm not too picky on brands of guns when they're giftwrapped.
-J.
Postscript...looks like a 1911 is on its way too! This one is an actual gift. Yay!

I asked my wife to get me a 1847 walker or Ruger vaquero . Since she has gotten me a gun every christmas since we been married, I foresee her getting the cheaper of the 2. But thats ok cuz tax time is around the corner and I'll get whatever she doesn't in feburary. good luck to all, Bob

Not new, but new to me.
Got an award at work that will bring in some extra cash. I've been looking at some of the older S&W revolvers for awhile and the time is right. Maybe a model 10 or 13, or maybe a model 36. I like the snubbies but really like the looks of the blue revolvers with 3" barrels too. Have to wait and see what I find.
Gun show in Dayton next weekend. Ho ho ho!

All the guns I currently have are Uberti and Beretta replicas of Colts... I'd like a S&W 460V for something different. Plus, the S&W promotion going on now, you get a Sigma auto for only $99 more!
Otherwise, the next one on my list is an 1847 Walker, then a Henry 1860...then....and then....

He He Ho Ho my daughter picked up a S&W 16-4 for my christmas gift. A co-worker mentioned he was selling some guns, she knew my fondness for 32 Magnum She let the cat out of the bag testerday when she asked if S&W made the 32 in a K frame, and she did not understand what that meant. I played the helpful dad and explained the difference. Oh no, I just realized it might be going to her husband. I got to call back and remind her that the Texas A&M education I paid for gives me first dibs!!!
