Stuck case removers

I need to fill out lists of Xmas gifts that I might receive and not instantly return. So, stuck case removal kits; everyone seems to make one for between $8 and $18 - Redding, RCBS, Forster, Hornady and probably Lee, Dillon and others.

Is there anything to recommend one over another? Any you would recommend? If it matters, primary uses would be 223, 30-06, 308 & 7.5 Swiss.

Thanks
/Bryan

The RCBS works just fine. I try not to stick cases in dies, but once in awhile, every few years.........

Hope this helps.

Thanks Fred ... yeah, I haven't stuck one yet but I figure putting the remover kit on the bench is almost a guarantee of never needing it:D

Besides, it'll knock off one more little Xmas gift.

I picked up a Hornady kit on the recommendation of a friend who was satisfied with his.

Stuck case remover is cheap insurance if you reload. Ditto for broken shell extractor for rifle. Miserable tasks without one. Tap wrench to grip the tap is helpful.

All you really need are a tap (1/4-20 works well) and a socket set.
Drill and tap the case head, place a socket over the head of the case, put a 1/4-20 screw through the socket drive and tighten the screw.
I prefer 1/4-20 hex head cap screws, a washer, and a 3/8 drive socket/
