This sure looks like a lot of fun. Are these guys being safe?
Anybody have any advice on setting up a course like this and doing this kind of shooting?

No that is not safe. If you want to do this kind of shooting safely find a USPSA 3 gun or multi gun match in your area. http://www.uspsa.com

No reason to have both running the course together. Time them seperately, get the same results.

Could they seriously shoot any slower?????
Red State, go to a USPSA 3 gun match. You will then know what fun and real shooting is.
Here is what a Pistol Stage is like.

Wow, talk about safety violations galore. Breaking the 180 a couple times, the guy in the grey swept the other guy when he was putting down the pistol and pointing a loaded gun uprange.
I agree. Time each shooter individually and compare. That is not a good example of competitive shooting.

Red State,
It is fun. You should go to an official match to learn how it is done safely. You might also check out the THR Competition Shooting forum.
