I know there were some problems there earlier this year. They are still into me for about 3K rounds of LC .223 brass I sent them to be processed. No one answers the phone, no email contact. Sure would like my brass back...

Don't know anything about their business but they had a table at the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot 2nd week of October.

JRhines,
Did you get your brass back and done to your satisfaction?
I sure would like to use their services for my brass.

I've been trying to contact them for over a year. No answer to either phone (V/M box was full last call) or e-mail. Their website hasn't been updated since 2005. Not high on my "trustworthy" scale for someone I might be sending product or money to.

I called last November and left a message that I wanted to place an order. Nikki called me back the next day and I placed the order. I got my bullets 6 weeks later. Sounds like I got lucky.

I'd stay away from RVO. Arfcommers aren't having much luck either.

Bad luck with them here. Powder Valley is very reliable as is Pat's Reloading.

Just a heads up... I placed an order for 1k of each , the 62 gr M855 pulled and the new 62 gr w/o canalure. and I'm not happy.
I received them about 2 months later and when I started loading I found MANY to be out of spec. The pulled bullets look like they were pulled with a pair of wire cutters and the ones with no canalure, many of them were missing the boat tail. It looked as if they didn't go through the shaping process the entire way. Some were missing the boat tail, others were rolled at the bottom but were bulged so when you go to seat the bullet, it opens the case neck too far and the bullet drops into the case.
I talked to the lady when I placed the order and she told me her husband had died and she was trying to hold it all together. It took me a few months of sending emails and leaving messages to get in contact with them to place my order. I never ordered from them before so I can't say how the service was in the past.
If you place an order, don't hold your breath on the wait time or the quality of components.
