Cerrosafe woes

First batch worked well: poured in chamber, let it sit for a few minutes, and then tapped it out (still kinda soft).

Second batch, I decided to re-read the Brownells directions, which say wait 1/2 hour before removing. Well, it would not budge at all!

Hammer, punch, cleaning rod ... finally took a heat gun to it, which worked well to remelt it all. Be careful out there!

I thought the instructions were you MUST GET IT OUT within 30 minutes.

Maybe I am wrong, but reread that sentence in the instructions. My recollection is that upon initial crystallization it contracts and then over time it expands back to the original size. I think the contraction period is like 30 minutes.
