Speer 124 grain +P in either SPEER or DOUBLE TAP AMMO (higher velocity) form.
I currently carry the SPEER load in my RAMI with the DT 147 +P load in my full sized CZs.

Others here carry the Speer load, as does the NYPD and other places that
have found it to be a quite satisfactory for a 9mm duty load.

WalMart WWB 9mm 147grn JHP... Ballistics are up there alongside the high $ stuff. Easier on the wallet..
