ATTENTION: Residents of HI, IL, MA, MI, NJ, and NY please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any black-powder firearm.

Item notes
ALL orders placed from or shipped to Illinois or Michigan, MUST be placed by the FFL Gun Dept. by calling 1-800-237-4444 ext 132; available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 8am-4pm (Central Time).

Those two notes came from Cabela's web site. They also make a disclaimer about checking your state and local laws.

I've ordered several BP revolvers and all of them have been delivered right to my door, no problems.
