First ML? Hunting in Washington

So today I overheard a friend talk about his trips and such with muzzleloading. ML in washington gets you about an extra 3 weeks of hunting in this state (vice 3 days... with rifles).

The requirements: not 209 or shotshell ignited, 20 inch barrel, .40 cal lower limit, no optics (scopes, red dots...), inlines are legal if they use original caps, and must be muzzle loading

I would be willing to spend up to $200. The lower the better, I'm only looking for about 2-2.5 MOA (4 inch circle up to 150 yards??) I would prefer a .50 cal, ~22-24 inch barrel, inline (if possible), with the option of being able to put a peep sight (if you recommend, but I shoot well with them on my AR-15). Recoil isn't that big of an issue, when you are hunting you don't notice it.

Any advice you guys can give me would be excellent. Even if it is just names of companies.

Now, this is just a guess, but I bet a lot of people ask this question over and over and over, we should get a sticky, that way someone like me, can just look there.

Thanks in advance,

The TC Black Diamond plunger/striker action rifle comes supplied with 3 different ignition nipples for using #11, #209 and musket caps. They can be found for as low as $150 sometimes, and they may come in different barrel lengths.

If I read you right you can use a gun that has 209 primers if it was built for it. If this is true take a look at the lyman Mustang. Great looks handles well.It comes with high vis. sights adjustable for windage and elavation. I really like mine and I haven't come to terms with it yet. They've also addressed the problems that Rozzi, and NEF had with their collapsable ramrods. The mustang's ramrod has a removeable handl that is merely turned around to achieve the length to use it as a ramrod. During the hunt the handle can be left in the long position not interfering with your shot and at the ready if and when you will need a fast second shot. I got mine a Midway for just over $320
