Ask them to take one simple action: Do not say or publish the Omaha killer's name, and do not show his photograph.

Object is to remove motivation from the losers, and simultaneously REMIND folks that a loser was the cause, not the gun. "This person did this, because they wanted attention. We're not going to give them the attention."
