Load for 243 with 75gr. Hornady Vmax

I am looking for a starting load for the Hornady 75gr. Vmax in .243 Win.

I am using FC cases and Rem 9 1/2 standard primers.

Anyone have info from a Hornady Reloading book? I don't have access to one.

I plan on using H380 or IMR4350.
