Christmas came a little early this year. Last night my wife gave the receipt for a paid in full S&W 340PD. I have been looking for a snubby for a little while and she went and bought one for me. I can't get over how light these things are. Hopefully it will be at the range later this morning.:D

Yes it is a .357, but I don't know if I will attempt the magnums.

Took it out to the range today. I ran 50 rounds of Federal 158gr LRN 38spcl. and 15 rounds of 125gr+p Golden Sabers. While the gun let you know it was being shot it was not unmanageable or inaccurate. This is going to make a great grab 'n' go gun.:D
