i want to change the world.

I like to think that I was born an activist. I guess as soon as I was old enough to understand the world I wanted to change it.

What in particular do you want to do?

Can you make the world a little warmer for a while? Just a couple of days would do for me. I need to do some work outside and it's much too cold for that. That's what I get for believing Al Gore about global warming.

I envy you. I'm older than the rocks but I don't completely understand the world--certainly not well enough to change it for the better. Sometimes it's good to get a lot of experience before changing the world. Or sometimes you can skip the hard work and run for President.

That's like saying "I want to be rich and famous" and yet having no plan to become rich and famous.

Changing the world: Easy, a piece of cake, really.

Changing the world for the better, now, that's hard.

Changing the world for the better on a global scale, good luck with that. It isn't impossible, but it is just this side of it.
