Can anyone speak to the following??? I am traveling with my Brother-in-Law outside of Truth or Consequences NM and we were pulled for being creative with the speed limit. Looking at the offficers duty rig - lo' and behold looked like a Smith M&P?????????????? Doesn't Glock advertise the NM troopers using 31s???

I believe they recently switched to the M&P .357

Jeez I hauled you know what in New Mexico and wasn't pulled over, he must have been very creative with the speed limit. Anyways the M&P is getting quite a few convert Smith is buying back their old pistols for quite a bit more then they are worth, while selling the M&Ps at a pretty low cost.

Yep, on S&W's website, in the press release sect. they showed where the M&P9 was adopted by Cincinati, the M&P40 by NCDOC, M&P357 by the NMSP.
