Hi all, I'm looking to purchase a Leupold scope in the next few days to mount on a Rem 700 PSS (.308) and I need a bit of help. I'm looking to shoot everything between 100-1000yds (eventually).
I was looking at this model specifically: Leupold MK4 4.5-14x50mm Illuminated TMR (http://www.leupold.com/tactical/products/scopes/mark-4-lrt-riflescopes/mark-4-4-5-14x50mm-lrt-m1-illum-reticle/)
Unfortunately, it looks like it doesn't have BDC knobs... I think only the M3 knobs have that feature. But they only make an M3 model in the 3-10x40 range
Also, what are your opinions of the Tactical Milling Reticles compared to the regular Mil-Dot reticles?
I'm new to long range shooting so forgive my ignorance :)
Thanks!
