Will SIG perform their CPO service on anyone's SIGs? If so, how much does this service cost, and what is the turnaround time like? Would I have to use a FFL for sending/receiving the gun?

You can ship it out FedEx ground yourself($10), without an FFL, just package it in a plain brown box. It must be addressed to a FFL or Manufacturer. Save on the next day air, crap:barf:

Call Sig and ask about the CPO process, but I doubt it.

Sig lists their Full Service Package (FSP) for $74.95 Replaces springs & lube

Finishing Services Nitron $189.95 (slide & frame)
Glass bead $109.95 (slide & frame)
Return shipping $35

No, you can send it UPS or FedEx (must be Next Day Air service). It is going to the manufacturer for repair, no FFL needed on your end. However, it can't hurt to ask your FFL if - for a small fee plus the postage for Priority or Express Mail - they can ship it, as Next Day Air will cost $50-$60.
