I was just wondering if any one was in the same situation as I am. I contacted Mark at Garriety about a IWB Holster for my Kimber Pro CDP II in May. I was given a 4 month waiting time. This was totally acceptable to me. In late September I tried to contact Mark just to check on the progress of the holster. I received no reply to my email. I tried again in November to contact and again in December with no resulting reply from Mark.

Is this his normal way of doing things? His holster the incognito deluxe came highly recommended to me...... so waiting wasn't a problem. Now 7 months in to a promised 4 month waiting period with no answer to my emails, I am wondering if he is even in business any more.

I've found email to be the worst possible way of contacting people - which is sad because I prefer email.

I don't disagree in principle with you. How ever his web site indicates that email is the preferred way to communicate..... yet I haven't received a reply.

You'll get your holster from Mark. You may not get it within his initial time estimate, but when it shows up, you will forget all about the wait. The one man shops have very volatile wait times.
