Can someone answer this question?

A while back when I used to read gun magazines religiously I remember reading about an unusual Winchester semiautomatic shotgun. The thing that was unusual about this particular model was that it used a barrel that had a very thin inner steel liner and the outside was wrapped in fiberglass or some other synthetic material. Apparently it didn't sell particularly well and Winchester ended up scrapping it after a year or two. It was made in 12ga. Does anybody know what model this was?

The Winchester Model 59, with the "Win-Lite" barrel. It was first catalogued in 1960 and discontinued in 1965, after 82,085 were made.
In 1961 the Winchester "Versalite" system of interchangeable choke tubes was introduced as an option on this gun. Unlike the glass-wrapped barrel that seems to have been an idea which caught on;).
