after getting my CFP in the mail Saturday I took the opportunity today to
strap on my Smart carry holster and head off to

.

.
.
.wally world.

after a few minutes I really did not notice I was carrying.

even sitting in the car it really didnt bother me.

the only thing that was weird is after getting home and taking it off I felt kind of naked.

It's a shame you had to use such a vulgar sexual term to say so.
Welcome to the club, though. Stay safe.

Guys, it's the High Road. You've already told him that it's inappropriate, now let's just drop it.

Congrats on joining the club. If you keep carrying, pretty soon you'll start to feel naked without the gun, and still have the same "concealment mannerisms" when you don't carry as when you do. (stuff like pulling down the back of your shirt when you stand up.)

So, what's the big deal about packing in Walmart.... is it some sort of right of passage?

Title wasn't that bad. I snickered at it.

I look forward to the day when I can legally carry.

I'm old enough to die for this country, but apparently not old enough to protect myself in it.

my apologies for the title of the thread. while the title did not contain any "bad words" it was apparently inappropriate for the Highroad. live and learn. no offense was intended towards anyone.
now back to our regularly scheduled thread.

I have the smartcarry holster does anyone recommend any others to try?

flynlr,

I carry IWB with a CTAC.

I purchased the slide version of the CTAC, which allows me to carry any of my three M&Ps (9, 9c, 40). I highly recommend it as a good solid holster. A little on the costly side though (~$80).

How do you like your M&P?

I agree. The longer I carry, the more difficult it is to not carry. Good topic!

Thanks for the thread!

congrats again.

I say "again" because my previous post was deleted.... and I was even giving you grief.

Mods: it would be appreciated if when you start deleting posts, you try to only delete the offending posts.

I have about 2k through this pistol now and it is never failed to go bang when asked, most of those where hand loads. it fits me perfect with the medium back strap..
It shoots great for me . so I can give it a big thumbs up.
it just dawned on me while posting this that I did not have a spare mag with me today. that will be corrected in the future.
