First - vote on this one. Second - launch it to all
the pro-gun folks and have THEM vote - then we will
see if the results get published.

below.

Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right
to bear arms? Actually it does not, it recognizes a pre existing right, but since the pinhead:banghead: who wrote this poll does not know the difference please vote yes. :D

Heh, did they really think they could come up with a number they wanted? That is one thing they still teach right in school. The Second always has and always will be remembered as "The Right to bear Arms."

97% are totally wrong-OR the question is worded very poorly. No amendment gives any rights-only guarantees those granted by God...

I voted yes.

I suspect schools/texts are teaching the amendmant gives rights-that is all the TEACHER knows.

The Bill of Rights is largely a check upon government interference with rights that exist naturally.

Still, I voted "YES" . . . 97% said "YES" with over 190,000 votes tallied . . . looks like around one vote per second is being added to the tally at this time. (12/31/07, about 1:30 CST)
