Check out their website:

Traditionally the elite models of Kahrs have included attention to detail, better fit and finish, polished stainless, some de-horning, feed ramp polishing, and a smoother trigger, although not that much.
Just a nicer MK9 with some custom features. About 50 bucks more. Worth it? I personally do not think so. Save a bit more and spend the extra money on tritium night sites.

Brad nailed it..aside from the polishing and laser etching not alot is different. But the triggers Ive played with were consistently nicer on the Elites. To me for 50$ its a bargain. It would take me over 2 hrs just to polish the little devil, if I have a plain one. So 50$ isnt that much IMO.
Id take the nights too.
Shoot well

I had one. I believe trigger pull on Kahr Elite models is 1/8" shorter than standard. Could be they just eliminate some "take up". The stainless K40 non- Elite I bought last week has approx. 3/16" take up.
