Wow great find :) I was looking for one of those or a S&W 696 ND, the 696 came up first I would still love to find a 3or4" M24 or 624.

NICE! Tell us where you found it --- if it was at one of my local shops I want to make sure I punish myself for letting this one get away. Congrats!

Sweet gun, I've always had a great deal of interest and respect for the 24. One day maybe...

It sure isn't - but you can buy it in a private party transfer from a California resident who legally owns one.

Um, not to be a wet blanket, but that revolver, at least one using the identical photos posted here, is currently for sale over at CalGuns.

Am I right in assuming you bought it there? If so, it appears to still be for sale!

Yea it is still for sell! I just e-mailed the owner and he stated it was available for sell just now! I am a little confused!?!?! And yes those are the same photos!

I only posted this 24-3 here to display this beauty. Then, I decided to offer this gun for sale on Calguns.net-due to needing some additional funds to apply towards a large investment that has been presented to me. Otherwise, I would not have put this mint gun up for sale. This gun is still available! I apologize for the confusion.

Wait, so you just acquired it and are now selling it?

Well, I should have stated that I had recently acquired this gun. I have had it since earlier this year. I bought it only to collect it-not to shoot it. Then, out of the blue, I was offered a good business investment-but, without enough capital to invest. Therefore, I made a spur of the moment decision to sell this gun. However, I saw no harm in wanting to display this mint revolver. It's a beautiful revolver and it will still be mine-until such time that it might be sold. I'm sure that a lot of forum members would enjoy viewing the pictures of this 24-3.

Walkalong:

1)Yes, this gun is sweet! But, sometimes you have to sacrifice something good to acquire extra capital for higher priority investments. I had no intention of selling this gun-until a good business investment had suddenly come up. Otherwise this 24-3 would not have been put up for sale-as it took me too long to discover this limited production revolver!:banghead:

2)Thanks for the compliment!:D

Well, I can't afford that one. I checked at Calguns.net. It sure would be good company for my 696 and my 2 /12" 657. :D

Maybe one will find me someday. :)
