Anyone use this type of sling? Everyone I know that has a sling required alterations, this one works with the factory buttstock. Interesting

Also, any suggestions on a good mag extension. I have an 870 express, 18 inch.

No experience with that particular sling but it seems to have been modeled after the original H&K sling for the MP5. I'm happy with the H&K sling. The one you're considering should work more-or-less similarly.

A couple of points.

Nylon web slings aren't my own favorites. There's at least a little give to them when they go taut: a kind of bounce or sag, just a little. They also have a tendency to slip during activity after I've adjusted them. I like cotton webbing better, which is why I prefer the H&K sling, Louis Awerbuck does too, for the same reasons I think. I think that Randy Cain also does but I'm not sure. These are matters of preference, not orthodoxy, so I'm sharing and not trying to lay down a rule.

I understand that many people don't like three point slings and have good reasons for it. You might be able to find their opinions somewhere on the Internet and they might be worth your consideration.

In my somewhat limited experience with single-point shotgun slings.

If you get a nylon one like the one on eBay that just slips over the stock and cinches down, Duct-Tape it on after you get it installed.
Otherwise, it's going to come off when you least need or want it too!

Twere it me, I'd figure out something with a steel attachment point like this.

I use the GG&G single point attachment between the receiver and stock with a Wilderness Tac sling.
IMO I like the sp sling for limited use (building searches, etc) but the 2-point sling is more comfortable for extended carry; ie, guard duty, perimeter defense, etc.

single points don't get caught in pump forends ! A good one you can transition shoulder to shoulder AND they have a quick release that enables you to drop it and clip it back on- great during breaks ect.
