[WSM MAGNUM]

I am making goose jerky as I write this. :) I`ll let you know how it tastes later. This is the first time I made it with goose. I mostly make it with deer, once with Buffalo. They were always good. :)

I had some eider and scoder jerky....it was terrible. hope the goose tastes better ;)
