trying to identify an old shotgun of my fathers. Not many markings of the gun. It is a side by side with hammer pins and a double trigger. checker patterned W on fore end. "genuine laminated steel" and "choke bored" printed on barrel. squiggly or arched zig-zag pattern around break of barrels. also found a V printed under barrel. S/n is 107xx:confused:

Hard to say with little info. Check the action with the barrels off. Is there an ELG mark?

My guess is it's Belgian, from about 100 years ago and worth little. It's an artifact, not a shooter.

HTH....
