I have the Russian Mak in 380acp and adjustable rear sights. Problem is the rear sight screw keeps turning while I shoot, making my shots go astray (up) Question is. How would you fix this problem? I was thinking Loc-tite. What would you do?:o

I would use just a little Loc-Tite on it so I could sight it in for what-ever distance I wanted and then break the seal on the Loc-tite and put enough Loc-tite on it so that it would never move.

Id get the replacement sight from Makarov.com for the little IJ. They are a much smoother design and dont shoot lose like the OEM sights do.
Shoot well
