I almost purchased a slightly used Randall General LeMay back in 1996 or so but the owner wanted $750 back then. I passed but regret it to this day. Your best bet is to do a Google search on them. As I recall they were somewhat troublesome but others on THR may have the facts. I voted Yes because they were not considered a bad gun but they did have a few issues from what I remember. They were not around long enough to get past the teething stage!

I checked GunsAmerica, they have many Randalls listed at $600 to $900. I stopped counting at 20. They have a Curtis Le May model listed at $700 that was part of a group of 293 made. The Randalls may be rare as far as manufactured totals go but it does not look like collectors are grabbing them up in any numbers.

Great link; thanks for the info. I often wondered why they went out of business; every model that I've seen and handled have always been first class in every way. Solid, well built with quality materials, and extremely tight in their slide to frame fit. This was the gun that everyone wondered why Colt wasn't making it.
