Does anyone know if Delaware provides any form of law enforcement "instant verification" for their concealed carry licenses?
That and substantively similar limitations on issuance (ie,not a felon) are the only criterion that seem to be in the way of recognition between Delaware and Virginia.

I haven't been able to find it there so far. I actually got the information about Delaware extending reciprocity with any state who was willing from a news article on packing.org
What I'm trying to find out is if Delaware has a tool for law enforcement to verify CCW licenses. If so, then they meet the final requirement for Virginia to recognize them, which in turn means I can write a meaningful letter to the VA attorney general about extending reciprocity to them.
