Like the title says, I'm wondering if you can reload 380 with 9mm dies?

The 9mm para case is longer so the dies won't quite size the .380 case enough and the case rim is a different size.
I can't verify this but I've heard that a .223 die will size a .380 with no need for an expander ball.

I am not a expert but i would say no.. Different length to the case although they are basicly the same round will have a lot to differ from one to the other

Nope. From Handloads.com (http://handloads.com/articles/cartridge.htm)
.380 is .373 at the case mouth and .374 at the base and .680 long.
9MM is .380 at the case mouth and .391 at the base and .754 long.

I'm no expert either, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once.
And I reload for both calibers.
Like Walkalong and others said, the answer is no, not even close!
