I had dinner with Ted and his wife and son years back at a celibrety race... smart, good man. When is he gonna run for president? NRA or USA, I don't care! I'll vote for him either way!!!

About 15 years ago I guess. I was a college student in my 30's and won the "Think, Don't Drink And Drive" auto-x race in a Shelby Dodge at Louisiana Tech University beating out hundreds of the younger students! That win sent me to the finals at Indy where I met Ted and many other famous stars of stage and screen. It was one hell of a great weekend!

How did I do? I finished 20th out of the top 40 colledge student drivers in the US. Not bad for an old fart I guess.
