I have done quite a few searches and can't locate but maybe 1 or 2 people shooting this caliber in this forum. My one and only question is should I neck up from 22-250 brass or down from the parent 250 savage brass? Any info is appreciated.

I agree. Down would be best.

Going Up could leave you with thin necks if the 22-250 brass was already minimum neck thickness to begin with.

But down may leave you with thick necks that will need reaming or turning.

you also might want to try looking into NRA high power sites... a bunch of the match rifle shooters use a cartridge, 6XC (for across the course) that is the 22-250 necked up to 6mm. nationalmatch.us would be a good place to start. Or, google 6mmXC and see what the hive-mind has to say about it. ...a couple of minutes pass... I'm bored, so I looked it up myself: Tubb (the guy who came up with the 6mmXC, and has won about a dozen national high-power championships) necks up (http://www.davidtubb.com/www.davidtubb.com/tcom_images/6xc_images/6xc_dies_three.html) from a .22-250. (well, I guess now he uses 6XC brass now) Of course, I don't know how similar the 6mmXC is to the 6mm-250. (or if they're the same, for that matter)
