Can anyone recommend a good indoor or outdoor range in the Atlanta area. I'm going to be in town visiting and might like to "send a few down-range". I'll be in the Cobb county area.

Hot Shots in Marietta is a good range in Cobb County. You can visit their website at http://www.hotshotsga.com .

You might wish to visit Pannell's Firearms in Woodstock, GA. While the range is only 50', it is well lit and very clean. The real draw, however, is the selection of firearms. The last time I was there I saw a S&W M53, a Colt New Service in .38-40 Win., a 2nd Generation SAA, a S&W 544, a "First Edition" Colt Delta Elite, and a few "One of One Hundred" Winchesters. Everytime I go I see something new and/or very old.
