If I am sighted in at 50' with 230 gr hardball, where will it hit at 50 yards? Or if sighted in at 50 yards where will the bullet impact at 50'. thanks

It depends alot on your load, just saying 230gr ball is not enough.

230 grain ball at whatever the factory velocity is. 800 fps? thanks for the link, the calculator isn't working at this time.

Rule of thumb, assuming a 5-inch pistol with USGI-spec hardball...2 inches high at 25 yards will zero at 50 yards...or close enough for gub'mint work.
